Now the LCD screen generally uses LVDS interface, so what is LVDS?

LVDS(Low Voltage Differential Signaling) is a low-swing differential signal technology, which enables signals to be transmitted at a rate of several hundred Mbps on differential PCB pairs or balanced cables, and its low-amplitude and low-current drive output achieves low noise and low power consumption. A signal transmission mode proposed by National Semiconductor Corporation in 1994, it is a standard. LVDS, also known as low-voltage differential signal transmission, is a new technology that meets today's high-performance data transmission applications. Because it allows the system to supply power down to 2V, it can also meet the needs of future applications. This technology is based on the ANSI/TIA/EIA-644LVDS interface standard.

LVDS technology has a low voltage differential signal of 330mV (250mVMINand450mVMAX) and fast transition time. This allows products to achieve high data rates from 100Mbps to over 1Gbps. In addition, it has many other advantages:

1, low voltage power supply compatibility

2, low noise

3, high noise suppression ability

4, reliable signal transmission

5, can be integrated into the system level IC

Data rates for products using LVDS technology can range from a few hundred Mbps to 2Gbps.

It is current-driven, and the voltage is obtained by placing a load at the receiving end, when the current is flowing forward, the receiving end output is 1, and vice versa. It has a swing of 250mv-450m.
