FFC Introduction

FFC(Flexible Flat Cable) is a bridge connecting components and components in electronic devices.

DESIGN

At present, FFC produced by our company is a manufacturing technology that fuses insulation film with conductor by heating and pressurizing. The copper conductor is exposed at both ends of each product in contact with the connector Pin pin. The two ends are supported by stiffener plates, making it easier to insert the FFC into the connector. The spacing between wires is usually 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.25mm, 1.27mm, 2.0mm, 2.54mm. Other spacing can be customized according to customer requirements.
